Welcome to Sara Poul website and webshop. Your use of the website and webshop is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before accessing the webshop (“WebShop”). By utilizing the Webshop and making purchases, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

Policy & Security
Sara Poul reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions periodically. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates. The latest update date can be found at the conclusion of these terms and conditions.

The WebShop is operated by Sara Poul (“Sarapoul AB”), with company registration number 559034-1466. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” pertain to Sara Poul.

Order and Purchase Agreement
To purchase Sara Poul’s products, orders can be placed at www.sarapoul.com or through our customer service. The binding agreement for product purchases is established upon receiving confirmation of your order sent to the email address provided. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. Sara Poul will only sell products to customers under the age of 18 with parental or legal guardian consent.

Prices, Fees, and Payment
Prices displayed in the WebShop are shown in SEK, USD, EUR, or GBP, depending on the shipping address. Within the EU, prices include VAT. For shipments outside the EU, VAT will be added based on the shipping address. Shipping and invoice costs will be presented during checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us for security and fraud prevention. There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. Choosing invoice payment allows ordering only to your registered address, and you must be at least 18 years old. A credit check is conducted on all invoice-paying customers. Any delays or non-payments will incur a late payment penalty of 50 SEK and a penalty interest of 2.5% per month.

Delivery Terms
The WebShop ships globally. While the WebShop operates 24/7, deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.

Upon order placement, we strive to process, ship, and deliver your order promptly. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. The carrier is responsible for delivering the order to your address after it leaves our storage.

Packages not collected or received within 14 days of arrival will be returned to Sara Poul. In such cases, a fee of 500 SEK will be charged to cover administrative, shipping, and handling costs. Unclaimed shipments are not subject to legal rights regarding purchase regret. Resending your package will incur shipping costs.

Sweden – Free shipping is always provided within Sweden. We ship with Postnord, delivering to the nearest delivery point to your address. You’ll receive an email or text message notification when your package is ready for pickup.

  • Normal delivery time is between 2 and 14 business days from order placement For stock items.
  • For bespoke and special orders, delivery times may vary.

Other countries – For all other countries, we ship with UPS, DHL or Postnord directly to your delivery address. Normal delivery time is between 5 and 20 business days from order placement.

Currently, orders above 150€ qualify for free worldwide shipping. Orders below 150€ incur a 10€ shipping fee (or equivalent in other currencies). Goods are shipped from Sweden. Orders to countries outside the EU may incur VAT, import duties, and/or taxes upon package arrival. Sara Poul ships packages according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes on orders outside the EU. Customers are responsible for settling any additional charges for customs clearance.

Online Return Policy
If you wish to return an item purchased from the WebShop, please note that this applies to stock items only. Returns for bespoke or special orders cannot be accommodated. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account. If you paid with an invoice, we’ll credit the first invoice, issuing a new one via email.

Stock item you have 14 days from receipt to do so. You’ll receive a full refund for the item (excluding shipping charges) within 10 business days of our receipt. Refunds are typically processed faster. Upon receiving the return, we’ll notify you via email.

Items purchased from the WebShop may only be returned in perfect condition, meaning they are new, unused, with intact price tags and labels, and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for used, soiled, washed, or damaged items. Damaged items returned will be sent back to the customer.

Boutique Return Policy

In our boutique we do not offer returns, and we only provide a 7-day exchange policy. Our clothes and bags are handmade here in Stockholm, and therefore, we cannot offer open purchases. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days upon presentation of the receipt and provided the item is unused and in significant condition. Damaged items are not eligible for return, and we will prioritize repairing them; otherwise, the customer can exchange them for another item.
If you wish to return an item purchased from the WebShop, please note that this applies to stock items only. Returns for bespoke or special orders cannot be accommodated.

We do not offer free returns for orders outside the EU.

Defective Products
While we strive to ensure product quality upon shipment, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service at info@sarapoul.com immediately. Claims must be made promptly upon discovering the defect. Any claims require that the item was not used inappropriately and was not damaged due to customer conduct. You’ll receive a replacement item, a discount, or a full refund for the item and all shipping costs within 10 days of our receipt. Customer service will provide a return label for the item.

Please note that buttons, zippers, or other details on garments that break are not covered by warranty or complaint, as these may break due to accidents.

Force Majeure
Sara Poul is excused from performance obligations under these terms and conditions if prevented, restricted, or interfered with by reasons beyond reasonable control, such as fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, strike, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure”).

Personal Data
By providing your personal information, you consent to our use of the data collected to fulfill our commitments and provide expected services. This includes processing orders for shipping, notifying delivery status via text messages, conducting credit checks for account management, sending information about new services, newsletters, or marketing offers, and informing about service changes or enhancements via email, phone, or mail. Your data may also be used to monitor website traffic for design and layout improvements. In the event of delivery issues, we’ll use the information to contact you.

We do not sell, swap, or share your data with third parties outside Sara Poul for marketing purposes. Data forwarded to third parties is solely for Sara Poul’s commitments to you, such as suppliers and shipping agents. Your data is stored only for service fulfillment or as legally required.

You have the right to inquire about your stored personal data, request corrections or deletions if incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, and withdraw consent for marketing use anytime.

In collaboration with our partner Ve, we collect personal data for marketing purposes as described in our and Ve’s Privacy Policy at www.ve.com/privacy-policy.

Card Purchases
To ensure secure card purchases, all information is transmitted in encrypted form via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This ensures a secure connection, preventing external parties from accessing your card details.

All card-paying customers undergo validation checks. Sara Poul reserves the right to delay orders if fraud is suspected. For security, payment information is not stored in our database.

Certain website sections use cookies to track visits and aid navigation. A cookie is a small data file stored on your computer’s hard drive by websites you visit, containing information such as user ID and visited pages.
